With this ring become Unconquerable . Invictus translates to “undefeated” or “unconquerable” and through the strength of God, and the sacrifice of Jesus, we can all become unconquerable.

The carvings on either side of the ring’s shank display the Chi-Rho symbol, as well as the Alpha and Omega. The Chi-Rho is one of the earliest forms of Christogram, built of an X and P, the first two letters of the Greek word “Christos”. The Alpa and Omega signifying that God is the beginning and ending of all things. The Chi-Rho was thought to have been seen by Constantine The Great in a dream. In his dream he was told to fly the symbol in front of his army and he would be victorious in battle. Constantine then faced Maxentius and his forces at the Battle of Milvian on the Tiber River. Constantine in fact was successful and entered Rome. He became the Emperor of Western Rome, and later united all of Rome into one single empire. Constantine issued the Edict of Milan legalizing Christianity and allowing freedom of worship throughout the empire.

This skull ring is adorned with Jesus’s crown of thorns, to show his sacrifice for us on Earth. It reminds us of our mortality, someday we will all be reduced to bone, and our eternal souls will be freed. The shank is made of the wood from the cross that Jesus was crucified upon, and on the bottom “INRI” is displayed. (Jesus of Nazareth King of the Jews)
